The problem SkinBit is solving is straightforward: most people have never had a complete, expert-reviewed record of their own skin. The membership model makes that record compound in value — members who return annually build a longitudinal skin history that makes every subsequent read more clinically informative than the last. The category is early, the service is clinically differentiated, and the company is actively scaling its clinic network across new markets.

Role Summary
SkinBit is hiring a VP of Operations to build and lead the operational infrastructure behind a growing multi-site clinical network. This is a ground-floor executive role with ownership over two distinct deployment models: company-owned clinics and partner colocations embedded inside partner facilities. The right candidate has built a repeatable multi-site playbook in healthcare before — and is ready to own the full operations function at a venture-backed company with a direct line to the founders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own the deployment playbook for company-owned clinics and partner colocations
  • Lead site selection, buildout coordination, and launch execution across all locations
  • Hire, onboard, and manage distributed front-line clinical support teams
  • Standardize clinical workflows and member experience across every site
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships critical to multi-site operations

  • Build operational reporting and metrics infrastructure from the ground up
  • Serve as the operational voice in founder-level strategic decisions

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ physical healthcare locations personally rolled out in a hands-on leadership capacity
  • Multi-site healthcare background: retail health, urgent or primary care, diagnostics, membership health, or comparable
  • Experience building — not inheriting — a repeatable site deployment playbook
  • Track record of hiring and managing distributed front-line clinical teams
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure in an early-stage environment
  • Los Angeles-based or willing to relocate; frequent travel to clinic and partner sites is expected

In the first year, the VP of Operations will define the deployment playbook for both location models, launch new clinic sites, build the operational team, and establish the vendor and partner infrastructure the network runs on. The person who does that work owns both the outcome and the equity in what they've built.
