What are the payment terms?
Payment in full is due at the time of sign up, and your membership lasts for one year from that date.
What is the cancellation policy?
Membership, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled. However you may choose to not renew at the end of the one year membership cycle.
What if my membership lapses? Is all my data lost?
Once your membership lapses, your historical data is yours and you can download it whenever you want for up to 10 years and following your state regulation. View the privacy policy for more info
